THERE'S ALWAYS SOMETHING TO CELEBRATE AT SAYLER'S
Sayler’s is a family-run steakhouse pioneered by brothers Art & Dick Sayler in 1946. It isn’t a high-end, pretentious establishment, but a history-rich restaurant offering quality meals, commonly for special occasions.

PROBLEM
Sayler’s Old Country Kitchen is a beloved family-run steakhouse, known for being the backdrop to many special occasions like anniversaries and birthdays. However, while it had a loyal customer base, the challenge was getting people to dine there more often.
SOLUTION
We developed the "There's Always Something to Celebrate at Sayler’s" campaign, which invited customers to celebrate life’s everyday victories—not just the big milestones. The campaign showcased real Sayler’s customers as the models (and shared their Sayler’s story), tapping into the restaurant’s authenticity by holding a competition to feature its loyal patrons. Using outdoor, print, and radio ads—traditional media the Sayler’s audience trusts—we reminded people that life’s little moments are just as worthy of celebration at Sayler’s.
RESULTS
The campaign generated a 172% increase in social media following and earned substantial media attention, including accolades like “Best Steak House” from Oregon Live Readers Choice Awards, a feature on the Travel Channel's “Food Paradise,” a Primetime Japanese Special by Asahi TV, and mentions in Willamette Week roundups.
